Design thinking process
The whole design thinking process has been applied to the project to ensure the quality of the final deliveries.

Multiple qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as online surveys and user interviews, were used during the empathize phase for discovering the pain-points of users and key design challenges. Based on the research outcomes, the main focus of this project is to:
- improve the find-ability of apps
- re-organize app details and descriptions in a more structured way
- create a professional yet modern look & feel
Exact App Center Moodboard
A moodboard was created during the Ideation phase in order to identify the visual direction of the whole website and collecting feedback from stakeholders.
Part of the design process (confidential)
Various design tools were applied while generating ideas and prototypes. For instance, to update the structure of app categories and filters, card sorting method was used at expert meetings and customer visits. Therefore, we were able to better understand the way users categorize apps and filter search results.

After several rounds of user tests and design critiques, the final concept has been implemented. Now it contains the main improvements such as:
- a more organized and welcoming homepage
- better structured app categories
- a highlighted smart search functionality
- intuitive filters and sorting functionalities
- more informative app detail pages
