Re-design of an app partners intake flow to simplify the on-boarding procedure and optimize the review process.
My responsibilities included doing user research, defining project focuses, redesigning the partner flow, concept prototyping and collaborating with a development team on implementing the results.
The key steps of the flow were redesigned and validated together with users and stakeholders.
The final concept has been chosen and implemented based on the requirements from both business’ point of view and user’ perspective.
